My thoughts.....I am sticking to 200g of Protein, 150 is near impossible to achieve with my caloric intake, and at 150 I am noticing muscle atrophy in my upperbody.
I started eating some fatty fish and macadamia nuts.
I would still like to see it become 40%C, 40%F, 20%P though.
